- Morning: Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and perhaps a final stroll through a local park or market
- Afternoon: Transfer to Sydney Airport for your departure
Day 7: Saturday, January 3, 2026 – Oyster Tasting and Shopping
- Morning: We will Embark on an oyster farm tour at the Hawkesbury River. Learn about oyster cultivation and sample freshly harvested oysters
- Afternoon: Return to Sydney for shopping at Westfield Sydney or explore boutique stores in Paddington
- Evening: Farewell dinner at a renowned restaurant, toasting to a memorable trip
Day 6: Friday, January 2, 2026 – Blue Mountains and Wildlife Encounter
- Full-Day Excursion: Journey to the Blue Mountains for breathtaking scenery. We will Visit Featherdale Wildlife Park to meet native animals like kangaroos and koalas. Explore scenic spots such as the Three Sisters rock formation and enjoy short bushwalks
